This workshop was impactful and a beneficial tool to add to my toolbox. It was empowering and encouraging, delivered with love a grace, and it will continue to resonate with me through many journeys I will experience. Teresa is a powerhouse that is transparent, genuine, empathetic, articulate and an overall fun coach!

I was feeling a bit exhausted by the day to day demands of life, work, and entreneurship prior to the workshop, and after leaving I felt empowered and re-energized.

Teresa is genuinely a caring and generous spirit. She listens so that others feel heard.

My coach does a wonderful job. She was born to do this. She is truly amazing, God sent.

Prior to I feel unsure about what to expect or how much I would need to share about myself, but I immediately felt that I was in a safe space with people I could be vulnerable with. I feel grateful to be a part of this community and look forward to what’s to come.

Often times I'm in position to think so much about others and there is less focus on me and my evolution; this workshop helped me to reflect on me, my values, and how my values and views of myself have evolved over time. I'm leaving with a desire to continue reflecting on the questions presented in the workshop and dive deeper into who I am more consistently.

My coach was qualified to help me understand my situation and express myself. It pushed me to continue forward and have some idea of how to deal with my problems. I'm thankful and hope she continues to be a blessing to other people.

I was allowed to investigate my feelings without judgment. Working with Coach Teresa allowed me to develop tools and discover ways of dealing with situations I would most likely shy away from. She is truly the best.

When I began my sessions I was challenged internally to be honest. But, having somebody you can trust and be honest with that you can see really cares for you helped me to become a better person.

She allowed me to speak my mind when I was not sure I could be totally open to speak freely. My coach helped by listening and set a plan in place to help with my challenges. I love that I had freedom, was understood, and that my coach was relatable, open, and supportive. You can feel she cares about you, and that alone takes the cake.

Coach Teresa helped move me from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. She was able to articulate what I was not only feeling but shared from a personal experience. I loved her level of confidence and knowledge. The area of growth I experienced was in accountability. It matters in moving the field goal forward. I would have benefited from having a session a lot sooner.  Coach Teresa did a wonderful job.

Teresa listened and seemed to understand me. She was down to earth, talked real to me, and pushed me a little more each time. My self-worth was my biggest challenge, but now I know I can go on. Deep down I believe it! I wish I could keep working with you.  Thank you for all you've done for me.

She kept me open and honest. She reminded me of how strong and resilient I am

The fact that she listened, but also heard the unspoken things. She helped me uncover things I had forgot about and figure out the cause.

This workshop was facilitated well! Coach Teresa created a safe space virtually where women who'd never met before were all open to being vulnerable and revelaing and unpacking the layers that we carry. Coach T was also open to sharing her stories and being vulnerable with the group, which inspired me to share and want to share. This was a space that I wanted to be in, where I wanted to grow, where I knew I'd not only be inspired, but I'd develop useful tools to implement in my life immediately and in the months to come. This was confirmed within minutes of our session. I'm excited for the next session.

Extraordinary job! Teresa brought her true self as usual and allowed spirit to lead which allowed us as participants to be vulnerable and express our truth!
